剛剛在加拿大移民局 IRCC的網站看到這新聞
(November 12, 2020—Ottawa) - wow!
加拿大政府起碼有三點是可以幫到想移民來加拿大的香港人：
1. "Family members in Hong Kong of Canadians and Canadian permanent residents may also travel to Canada under the current exemptions to travel restrictions, though all travellers to Canada must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.l" - 擁有加拿大永久居留權或已入了加籍的香港人的其他未有加拿大永久居留權或已入了加籍的家人，在疫情期間，仍然可以入境。
2. "a new initiative to allow eligible Hong Kong residents in Canada or abroad with recently completed post-secondary studies to apply for an open work permit, which may be valid for up to 3 years..... This new pathway will be available in 2021, and criteria will include minimum language and education levels and 1 year of work experience in Canada." - 在明年2021年會多一個申請永久居留權的方法 - 只要在加拿大有一年的工作經驗、便可申請，以前最難是要先獲取到Job offer工作機會，才可申請工作簽證，現在是先給你3年的工作簽證 (不需要有job offer)，來到加拿大後的3年內設法找一份工作，做滿一年後便申請PR
P.S. The open work permit will be available to those who have completed post-secondary studies in the last 5 years.
在過去的5年內完成大專或大學的學習
3. "speed up processing of permanent residence applications, including family sponsorship, which will benefit Hong Kong residents, and to encourage Hong Kong youth to study or work in Canada" - 現在在排隊申請PR的香港人 - 加快、優先處理!

前幾天在FB上跟親友的分享，也放在這裡：
4年前到Manchester出差，那時、就算半年前，誰會估到英國政府會咁講道義、咁豪氣地容許持有BNO身份的香港人到英國居留…… 感恩！
或許好多人有想過離開，但又怕離開自己的安舒區 (假設什麼都唔好理、做個順民、換個思考角度、不要求什麼精神文明、只為求吃喝玩樂... 都可能繼續是安舒區的🤔) ... 只要明白
1. 千里之行、始於足下；
2. when there is a will, there is a way；
3. 我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶，因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華你的 神必與你同在 (聖經．約書亞記1:9)；
4. 見步行步、行步見步；
5. 路是人行出來的；
6. 世上仍有不少善良、擁抱愛與和平的同路人；
7. 方法總比問題多
8. 疾風 (blast) 的特性 - 風卻沒理起始終、它只知發力去衝、從未多過問亦從沒關心、路長和浪濤洶湧....
9. 夕陽下應該有的生活態度 - 斜陽裡氣魄更壯、斜陽落下 心中不必驚慌、知道聽朝天邊一光新的希望、互助互勵又互勉、那怕去到遠遠那方、前程盡願望、自命百煉鋼、淚下抹乾、敢抵抗高山、攀過望遠方
